Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie

Thanksgiving Day is approaching fast and the big dinner people have with their families is one of the most important ones of the entire year. You can make your very own dish this year for the whole family to enjoy. How about a delicious pumpkin pie? First you will have to make the pie crust mixing butter, sugar, eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and water. Cover it with a foil and leave it to rest in the freezer. In the meantime you can cut up a pumpkin in half and remove the seeds, then bake it in the oven. Then put the pulp in a blender with condensed milk, brown sugar, eggs, cloves, ginger and cinnamon. Take the pie crust out and roll it with a pin, then put it in a tray. Add the pumpkin filling and let it bake in the oven. Finally you can use your imagination to decorate it with a Thanksgiving theme. Enjoy!
