Apparently the cold has made Elsa very hungry, so she gain a bit of weight. But a fabulous ball is approaching and while Elsa is looking in the mirror she realizes she cannot attend it with her current weight. So you have to help her lose some and the best way to do that is by working out at the gym! A very good exercise that will make her sweat is jumping the rope. She will need some water to drink afterwards to hydrate herself. Then she can do more cardio with a static bike. The second week she can work her arms with some weights and she can also do some fast walking. This is a great exercise, which she can repeat during her third week as well and she can also come back to the bike to work her feet. Now Elsa has a gorgeous body again and you can dress her up in a glamorous outfit for the ball. Have fun!
