Macaroons are very sweet and flavorful sweets, delicate and delicious, but at the same time they are a challenge to be made. Only the most experienced chefs are able to pull them off. Are you one of them? In a bowl mix some confectioners' sugar and egg white to get a beautiful foam. Then blend some ground almonds, white sugar and your foam previously created. Separate the mixture in three bowls in which you can add pink and green food coloring. Pour the batter into a tray using a pipe bag. Put the tray in the oven and let them bake until they grow a little bit. Spread a bit of cream on each half of macaroon and place the other half on top.
