What's on the menu? Herb marinated rack of lamb! Take a rack of lamb that is beautifully cleaned or you can clean it up yourself so half of the bone is clear. Then cut the rack in half and put the pieces in a tray. In a bowl pour some olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary and thymes and them marinate the lamb into this mixture so it gets a very nice flavor. Leave them overnight. Then season the lamb with salt and pepper and sear it in a pan with hot oil. Then put it in a tray and roast it in the preheated oven.
