Winter Cake

In a bowl blend some butter, eggs, sugar, lemon zest, orange zest, salt, baking powder and flour. The lemon and orange zest will give a citrus flavor to your cake, which will make it special and delicious. The baking powder will cause it to grow so you will have a beautiful high and round cake. Pour the dough into a round baking tray and put it in the oven, until it gets a beautiful color and your house fills with a wonderful smell or fresh baked cake sponge.
