Isn't Toto adorable? He's always up to something (playing I mean) and he usually loses his favorite item in the whole world for him: his beloved blankie. What you need to do is to look on the screen and find some clues that might lead you to the right spot where Toto's blankie is. It ain't hard and it would make Toto happy so why not help a little puppy in need?
