Tuna Tartar Salad

Having guests over for dinner is pretty intimidating especially if you are a beginner cook. This is just the situation here and you have already found easy recipes for a steak as your main course and an apple pie for the dessert. But you can impress them early on with some delicious appetizers. Try the tuna tartar salad, it looks spectacular, it’s amazingly tasty and it is also very easy to make. Start prepping by cutting the tuna in small pieces, the shallot, the chive and an apple. Mix water with wasabi powder and leave it for a short while. In the meantime, mix the tuna with the shallot and chive and squeeze a lemon over. Add oil and the wasabi. In another bowl mix celery, apple, honey, lemon, oil, salt and pepper. Take the tuna mixture and make small balls with your hands and add the sweeter mixture on top with a spoon. Good luck!
