Tea Sandwiches

You have invited your girlfriends over for tea today, but you need some treats to serve along it. How about some delicious sandwiches? They are easy to make and are the perfect snack because everyone likes them! In a bowl mix some mayonnaise with dill, lime juice and lime peel. Now spread this sauce on some pieces of bread, add some smoked salmon on top, some slices of cucumber, put the top bread up and cut them in half. The first sandwiches are ready! Let's make some more. Mix some mayonnaise with Dijon mustard, chives, salt and pepper. Spread it on some black bread this time and add some bacon on top. Let's try another! Mix mayo with cayenne pepper, lime juice, salt, shrimp, coriander and spread it between two slices of bread. Have fun playing Tea Sandwiches!
