Super Ice Cream Eclairs

Are you in the mood for a delicious dessert? How about ice cream eclairs? It's two classics into one and it sounds so tasty! Let's start by going shopping and buying all the necessary ingredients. Then put a pan on the stove, heat up some milk and water, add butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. Then take it out and mix it with flour. Pour the batter into a special tray and bake it in the oven. Use a knife to cut the pastry in half. In a new pan heat up milk and melt some chocolate chips in it. Then add some crushed nuts for a bit of crunch. Fill up your eclair pastry with three scoops of ice cream, each in a different flavor. Strawberry, vanilla and mint are our suggestions, but you can customize it as you please.
