Sun-Kissed In So-Cal

Our girl has just moved to the very sunny state of California and she absolutely loves it! She has gotten an amazing new convertible ride with flames and everything and she likes to take it out for a drive when going shopping. Could you help her get a sun kissed look in her favorite city?
