Strawberry Toffee Tart

If you want to impress your guests tonight at the dinner party with a fancy dessert, you should try making a strawberry toffee tart. It is not very difficult to make and it will surely make a lasting impression. Put some biscuits in a food back and use a rolling pin to crush them. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and put this mixture in a round pan, pressing to the base. Let it cool down in the fridge for a while. In a bowl mix cream, toffee and yogurt and in another bowl melt some toffee and cream to make a caramel cream. Spread your first cream on top of your tart and then add sliced strawberries on top. Drizzle the caramel cream over your tart for a sweet finish.
