Sticky Toffee Pudding

Sticky puddings are the best, so let's make one with toffee! Start by slicing the dates, then boil them in water and baking soda. In a bowl mix some sugar, butter and eggs, then add your sticky date mixture, some rum for a nice flavor and finally some flour. Spread some melted butter in a tray and pour your batter in, then bake it in the oven. Put a pan on the stove, add some sugar, butter and cream to make your toffee. Take your sticky pudding out of the tray, slice it, put it on a plate, add the toffee sauce on top and sprinkle some hazelnuts. You can also add some cream on top and decorate with a sprig of mint.
