Shrek's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Shrek is a funny ogre and like all ogres and not only, he loves chocolate. And he discovered a wonderful recipe that he wants to share with you. Into a large bowl mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, milk, vanilla essence, flour and sprinkle some salt to balance the taste. In another bowl mix butter and chocolate chips and melt the content in the oven. Into the vanilla flour mix add more sugar, sprinkle more salt, add eggs, flour and walnuts. Blend them all in, put it into a tray and bake it in the oven. You will get some fudgy brownies that you can cut in pieces with a knife. On a plate scoop some cookie dough and then take the brownie pieces, make a hollow in the middle, put the scooped cookie dough and wrap everything into a ball. Dip your brownies in melted chocolate and sprinkle chocolate chips over them. Enjoy!
