The first thing you should do is apply some eye drops and then clean the excess with a cotton ball. This is to make sure her eyes are properly hydrated before starting the tests. You can test her short vision with your fingers. If she sees how many you are holding up, it means she can see well. The laser is a fast and easy method to make corrections for her eyes. Do a direct ophthalmoscopy with a flashlight, to see if the pupil is looking in the right direction. Check if she is color blind with a blind number test. You can then try different sizes of lenses one by one and see which one fits best. Finally choose a cute color for her contact lenses. Good luck!
