Noelle is having a tooth ache and she has come to you for help. Be her dentist for the day and help her solve her issues. First she has to wash her teeth. Rinse her mouth with a glass of water, put tooth paste on the brush, brush her teeth and rinse again. Now take a small mirror and let's find the problematic tooth. She can rinse her mouth again and then you can put a suction pump in her mouth to get all the saliva out of the way while you are working. Start cleaning up her cavity with a few drills of different sizes. You can pause between them and help her relax by taking a phone call from her boyfriend or snuggle with a big teddy bear.
