New Year Cheese Cake

You are invited to a home party this New Year's Eve and you offer to bring dessert. But if you want to get yourself dressed up and ready, you should make something spectacular and delicious than can be cooked in the smallest amount of time. How about a cheesecake? First go shopping for all the ingredients and then let's get started! In a blender put sugar, cream cheese, a pinch of salt, melted butter, eggs and milk. Mix them all together well and then pour the batter into a round tray. Let it bake in the oven and then rest a bit, so everything ties in together nicely. Cut the strawberries in half and then boil them on the stove together with some gelatin and melted butter, to get a nice jelly. Pour it on top of your cheesecake and decorate as you please.
