Mickey Mouse All Ears Cake

In a bowl you have to mix some sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In this mixture you can also add some eggs and vanilla essence for a bit of sweet flavor. Pour your batter in a round pan and bake it in the oven, but make sure you also have some extra batter remaining. After cooking the sponge of the cake, put the extra batter in a bowl and put it in the oven also to create a semi-round shape. Then divide the icing mixture into two bowls and in one of them add some red food coloring and spread this red icing on the entire cake. Melt some chocolate in bain marie, put the semi-round shape on top of your cake and spread the chocolate icing on to it. Then put wafers as ears and use white icing to complete the decoration.
