Mia Cooking Hot Cross Bun

Today Mia is going to teach you to cook something delicious for breakfast: hot cross buns! First you have to search all over the kitchen for the right tools and ingredients. Peel some orange zest and cut an apple in slices for the prep part. Then mix milk, flour, sugar, salt, yeast, butter and eggs in a bowl until you get a thick dough. Add sultanas, mixed peel, orange zest and apple slices and integrate them into the dough by kneading it. Then create with your hand round balls out of the dough and put them in your tray. Spread some melted apricot jam on top of your hot crossed buns for a sweet crust. Put the tray in the oven and bake them until you get them nice and hot. Serve them on a plate with a flower on the side as decoration. Have a great time playing this awesome game!
