Mia Cooking Beef Curry

Mia wants o present her friends a dish that is representative for her culture and she chose beef curry. It was a meal always present at her dinner during childhood, so she has beautiful memories of it. The only problem is that she has never cooked it herself before and she needs a little help around the kitchen. So maybe you can help her save the awesome dinner she is about to cook. First take the beef, cut it into small pieces and fry it in a pan with oil. The make the curry from fried onions, garlic, chili, ginger, chopped tomatoes, yoghurt and salt. All of them should be cooked very slow and with a low flame. At the end, stir in some coriander. It will be very flavorful and Mia’s friends will be very pleased with this great home cooked meal.
