Pot a sauce pan with water and a pan with oil on the stove and let them heat up. In the meantime cut some chicken and put it in the batter. Use a pair of tongues to handle the chicken and fry it in the pan. Put some rice in the pan with water. In a bowl squeeze some lemon juice and on it add honey and garlic powder. Get the chicken out the frying pan and put it in your sweet and sour mixture. Empty the boiled rice on a platter and put the chicken on top.
