Ice Cream Cake Mania

We know you like ice cream and we also know you like cake, so what could be more amazing than an ice cream cake? You can learn to make it right here! Start by mixing butter, flour, a pinch of salt, eggs, brown sugar and milk and then pour this batter into a round tray. Bake it in the oven and you get the cake sponge. Cut it in two halves and put the first one in another round tray with high edges. Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream and them put the other sponge on top. Put it in the fridge for a while until it cools down. Now you can get to the fun part, the decoration. Choose the color of the plate, then the icing. You can choose purple with hearts on the sides, blue with small pearls or an immaculate white. Then add topping sauce and a centerpiece that could be a scoop of ice cream or lots of fruits.
