Hazelnut Praline Cake

Are you ready for a cake? This decadent scrumptious hazelnut praline cake is all you need! First you need a cake sponge which you can ask your mom to make or buy it already made in the store. Use a knife to cut it in half. In a saucepan that you put on the stove caramelize some hazelnuts with sugar and vanilla essence. Separately, melt some chocolate chips on a steam bath. Beat up some cream and sugar and add the melted chocolate to make a delicious chocolate flavored cream. Use a rolling pin to crush the caramelized hazelnuts. Now take the first layer of your sponge cake and spread some milk mixed with cognac to make it nice and moist. Cover it in chocolate cream and then in the caramelized hazelnuts.
