Ella's Restaurant Vegetarian Meatloaf

Elsa's restaurant is going great and she uses a lot of passion to cook the meals in her menu. Anna visits her often and today she has ordered a vegetarian meatloaf. Help Elsa cook it. First she will have to boil white lentils in a bowl with water. For the prep part she will have to chop some onions, basil and garlic. What amazing and powerful flavors! Mix your prepped ingredients with the lentils and on top of this mixture grate some cheese, add tomato sauce salt, pepper and oats. Make a paste out of them, shape it as a meatloaf in a tray and bake it in the oven. Take it out and let it rest for a while before serving it. It looks delicious and Anna is definitely impressed!
