Give her a glass of water to rinse her mouth, then brush her teeth with tooth paste. Use a mirror to look in her mouth and search for the cavity. Put a suction pump in her mouth to suck all the saliva and blow air. Elsa can call Jack to give her a kiss so she can get more courage. You can use a drill to remove the cavity and then let her look at a photo album to get her mind off the pain.
