Ella Harley Quinn Cosplay

Elsa loves cosplay, they are so fun and she gets to be someone else for an entire day! For this particular event she has picked to be Harley Quinn. She is so interesting and it will be fun to wear a costume inspired by this charming villain. So help Elsa design and create her own costume. Start by taking her measures and the ones of the mannequin she uses. Then she can take a pair of scissors and cut the fabric. Use a thread and a needle to sew the short puff sleeves, the collar and the buttons on the shirt. Then use glue to diamond shaped fabrics on it. She also needs a wig and she has to dye some blue and red highlights and then style it in two ponytails. The outfit looks amazing! Now all you need is to apply a colorful makeup on Elsa to complete her look. Have fun!
