Easter Egg Cakes

We all love Easter because it's the holiday that makes us the most excited for spring. But really, Easter is more about food, because there are usually some delicious dishes being served. You can try to make one yourself. Start by blending together egg yolks and sugar and in a separate bowl combine sugar, milk and flour. Put this mixture in a tray and bake it in the oven, until you get a nice cake sponge. Then break it up in crumbles. Mix it up with the egg whites whipped into a cream and create small cakes in shape of eggs. The fun part is decorating them. You have frosting of several colors, you can create some interesting prints, then you can add bows and candy or whipped cream for details. Put some sticks in them and they are ready to be served!
