Delicious Summer Salads

It is summer, so our eating habits have drastically changed because of the heat. We are constantly looking for something refreshing and hydrating to keep up with the hot weather. How about a delicious fruity summer salad for desert? You need to cut some apples, nectarines, strawberries, pears, watermelons, pineapples and pears in small pieces. Put a pan on the stove and fill it with sugar and a bit of water, lime juice and chopped lemongrass, then strain the mixture into a bowl. Mix the fruits together and also add some berries and garnish with a mint sprig, two scoops of ice cream, two cherries and some honey. Put a coriander sprig on the bowl of sauce. Blend some oranges and serve the fresh juice with your summer salad. Good luck playing this fun game!
