Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Are you in the mood for a small treat, but at the same time a dessert? Something very nutritious, a wonderful combination of sweet and salty? How about some amazing peanut butter cookies? Just mix some butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar in a bowl using a mixer. Then add egg to this mixture. In another bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and then combine the contents of the two bowls. Place the bowl with the cookie dough in the freezer and let it cool down for a while, then roll the dough into small balls and put them on to the baking sheet and use a spoon to make them flat just like a cookie.
