Are you in search of that perfect balance of healthy and delicious in a sweet treat? Try to fruit smoothie! You can have it instead of breakfast, dessert or even between meals. First, go through your fridge and gather all the required ingredients. Then start cutting the red and green apples in small slices, the oranges and the bananas. You can always use other kind of fruits if you want, just use your imagination. Put all the freshly sliced fruits into a blender, together with some fresh strawberry juice and make a fruit puree. Take the blender’s lid out and pour on your fruits some honey as the sweetener, ice cubes to make it cold, healthy smoothie, milk and yogurt, for the right balance and texture. Pour your mixture into a fancy glass and garnish it with fruit slices and straws and you can also serve it with cookies. Enjoy!
