The animals in the forest are in the mood for a sweet dessert. So Mr. Fox, who is a talented cook, has offered to bake a cake, but he wants you to help him out. Start by creating the frosting. Mix together eggs, lemon, sugar, cornstarch and salt and in a pan on the stove make another mixture of milk, lemon zest and sugar. The put the dry ingredients in the pan and add some butter. After everything is blended well, you can put the frosting in the refrigerator. Start working on the sponge by mixing flour, eggs, vanilla, canola oil, butter, almond, salt, baking powder and butter milk. Put it in a round pan and cook it in the oven.
