Christmas Ice Cream Sundae

If you are having guests for dinner at Christmas, you should definitely serve them a delicious dessert. You should go for something light if the meal was heavy and maybe you can even take the winter theme one step further and think of ice cream. How about an Ice Cream Sundae? It's original and will impress everyone! Mix some dried blueberries and cranberries and soak them in a lemon liquor, then put them on a stove together with some mincemeat. In another bowl mix some whipped cream, candied peel, lime and clementine zest, ginger and some lemon juice. Now take you serving bowl and put three scoops of vanilla ice cream. Add a few spoons of your dried fruits syrup and some of your whipped cream. Decorate with some mint leaves, a meringue and a cherry. Have a wonderful time playing this fun game!
