Christmas Chocolate Cookies

Cookies are a must for Christmas because they are easy to make, easy to eat, very delicious and also you can decorate them and make them look very festive. Chocolate is the best flavor you can choose in the cold season, so let's get started! First you have to cut the chocolate in small pieces. In a bowl mix some eggs with cocoa and a pinch of salt. Then use a blender for butter, the pieces of chocolate, your previous mixture, flour, sugar and milk. The result will be a brown dough which you can first manipulate with your hands and then spread it with a rolling pin. Take a round cookie cutter and a star shaped one and cut perfect pieces out of your dough. Put your cookies in the oven and let them bake. Mix chocolate and cheese for the topping and spread it on your cookies. Then put green and red sprinkles on them. Have a lot of fun!
