Chicken With Cashew

Today we are going to help you with a yummy chicken with cashew recipe! Cut your chicken breast in small pieces and marinate them in soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Then mix some vinegar, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and cornstarch. Put a pan on an open flame, add oil and cashew nuts. Deep fry them and put them on a plate. Now put the marinated chicken in the hot oil and deep fry it also. In another pan put a bit less oil, add some chillies, your chicken and cashew nuts and then your sauce mixture.
