Cheese Sticks

You have some friends coming over today and you should serve them with some delicious treats. But you have to make them fast! You could always try some cheese sticks, they are very tasty and easy to please everyone’s taste and you can make them quite easy. Make some toast and then crumble it. Break some eggs, but be careful not to make a mess. Clean up the broken shells after you are done. For the final prep step, cut the Mozzarella with a knife. To make the batter you have to mix eggs, sugar, flour, salt, black pepper and water. After you have blended everything really well, take the mozzarella sticks and roll them in the batter until they are entirely covered by it. Then sprinkle the crumbles on the cheese and bake them.
