Caramel Apple Cupcakes

Whenever the cold season appears we have a constant craving for caramel apples. But they are hard to chew on and not very healthy for our teeth, but we could try out a new recipe and make some delicious caramel apple cupcakes! What do you say? First let's go shopping for all the ingredients we need. Then start the prep part by peeling and chopping the apples. In a bowl mix brown sugar, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder, a pinch of salt and then add the apples and the first mixture your made. Pour the batter in the muffin cups and then bake it in the pre-heated oven. For the frosting put a pan on the stove and melt some butter in it, then add brown sugar, baking powder, milk and corn syrup. Complete by decorating your cupcakes. Have fun!
