Bonnie's Chocolate Ice Cream Cake Roll

Barbie loves a sweet dessert now and then and because it is summer, nothing is better than ice cream. But instead of whipping something fast, Barbie has decided to make a chocolate ice cream cake roll and she has invited you to join in. You will end up with a refreshing and sophisticated dessert that will impress all your friends. Start with the cake batter and mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Into another bowl blend egg whites and sugar until you get a whipped cream so your batter will be fluffy and then gently mix with egg yolks, vanilla extract, more sugar and your original mix of cocoa powder and flour. Pour your blend into a jelly tray that has was paper on and put it in the oven. Put ice cream on and roll your cake and then create a mix of chocolate ice cream and put it on top as a glaze. Enjoy!
