Banana Crumb Muffins

Your friend Oti is going to teach you how to make some delicious banana crumb muffins. Doesn't it sound wonderful? Start by mixing some flower, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In another bowl mash some bananas and on top of them add sugar, eggs and butter. Combine the two mixtures to create a batter. Take a bit of flour and mix it with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon and put it into your batter. Fill up some muffins cups in a special tray and put it in the oven to bake. Decorate each of your banana crumb muffin with an icing of a different flavor. You can try a melted chocolate topping, a mint icing with small bits of dark chocolate, banana or raspberries. You will surely enjoy all of them and you can also share them with your friends. Have a blast!
