You have already tried to cook a lot of specialties, so now it is time to move on to another level. One of the most challenging things to cook is a souffle. It requires a lot of technique and perfect timing, but the result could be truly worth it. So today you have to try and make some apple and cheddar cheese souffles, a classic combination. Start by melting some butter in a pan on the stove, then add the apples cut in cubes until they get soft. Add some sugar on top which will get them caramelized. In another pan melt some butter yet again, then add flour and milk. Take this mixture away from the heat and add salt, pepper, cayenne, nutmeg, eggs and cheddar cheese.
