16th Birthday Cake

Your best friend is turning 16 and she will have a fabulous party for her birthday. You thought long and hard about the perfect present and you have decided on an amazing birthday cake that you will bake and decorate yourself! Start mixing sugar and butter, then add egg yolks. Sprinkle the remaining egg whites with salt and mix that well. Into your first mixture add vanilla extract, baking powder and flour and finally the beaten egg whites and milk. Bake the mixture for an excellent cake sponge. Then you can start decorating. Choose the frosting with a very sweet design like hearts, stars or polka dots. At the base of each layer you can tie a bow. Choose some wonderful figurines and flowers as centerpiece and then find a custom candle wishing your friend a happy 16th birthday! Good luck!
