Gingerbread Cookie Christmas Tree

There is no sweet more suitable for Christmas than gingerbread. And the great thing about it is that you can create some really amazing stuff with it, like a Christmas tree. In a blender put some butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger and a pinch of salt and then mix everything together to create the dough. Wrap it up in a foil and let it cool down in the freezer. Roll it with a rolling pin and then choose a cookie mold shape and cut the cookies. You can make stars or circles. Bake them in the oven and then let them cool down a bit. Choose a plate and start stacking them together, the bigger one at the base and the smaller ones on top. Spread icing between each layer and sprinkle sugar at the end. Use food coloring for the icing to make your tree more real. Decorate it with candy. Enjoy!
